City Stay Premium Hotel Apartments

We have been in Rove city center Diera for almost 1 week. And this is our may be 4th time to visit there. We have been so many hotels in Dubai. But Rove hotels are the best. For amazing service, fast room service, and kindly hosts. For our rebooting time, Akul is in the receptionist, which has helped us very perfectly, and we are really satisfied with our situation with his service. And Sukdev housekeeper is so nice and helpful guy. Whenever if I ask something from him, he does immediately and without pain. This hotel managing is so strong and careful for guests. Every time, we can not see differences in the time of season or not season because facilities are the same. Our next coming to Dubai, and we choose again Rove. Thanks, Rove, with love.

Reception answered my questions helped me in all I needed place near yo shops metro and gold souk market very near to hotel the cleaners so nice kind to me gave me my needs I expected from them attending me when I needed things I would recommend this apartment for a 100 % stay in a honest comment !

The hotel upgraded my room to the bigger one and I had big apartment for myself. Stuff was incredibly nice and let me to check four hours before the normal check-in time, and check out late .Manager is incredibly attentive and was really trying hard to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The area is good because there are supermarkets shops and little restaurants everywhere. I’ll definitely recommend this place to stay.

-Friendly and accommodating staff, especially the Heroes - Front Office Team and their Manager. -Thumbs up to the housekeeping attendant who never misses a day cleaning our room and makes an effort to place a design on our bed. -All the departmental teams are very active.

I liked the staff a lot they were really friendly and helpful, and the food service was great also. Faisal was really kind with us in the restaurant, remembered our choice of drinks and bringing it for us without asking for it!
